I love my Camry and the service is awesome! I love the recliners in the service area.
Ryan was personable and friendly while professional.
We have a brake issue with our 4Runner. We dropped it off for that reason and for a service. The problem with the brakes was unresolved. The problem does not happen 100 percent of the time though. The brake pedal goes all the way to the floor sometimes and will not fully keep pressure at red lights.
TJ Cole was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I appreciate his dedication to helping me.

Will had a great attitude & personality. He tried to make the buying process as easy as possible for my daughter, Bailey Tillman. Bailey spent the whole day there with him trying to get approved for her first car purchase. I came at the end of the day after taking off early from work. I was only a co-signer for her. I waited for more than 2 hours just to get a diagnostic of the problem. I find that unacceptable. What is the point of having an appointment if then the car is sitting for 2 hours before anyone looks at it?
My person who helped was excellent, and have no complaints about him at all. My complaints are with the system as a whole.
Rather rude to text me at 7am. Was sleeping.
Took to long to complete service.
Will was friendly for a 7am on a Saturday morning! He was very helpful and was a clear communicator in regards to my car, what was being done, as well as taking care of an open recall on my vehicle!
