A basic car wash is normally done … I’ve had cars serviced at Mercedes and Nissan prior to this car and all given car washes after a service.

I was satisfied with the service but somewhere in getting my oil changed my steering wheel cover was tore and no one let me know. I didn’t realize until I already left.

I came in for a maintenance and tire rotation and I was there two hours. Unacceptable. Wait time for such a small job. Consultant was very nice. Everyone was very nice. Just the wait time was too long for such a short task.

My appointment was at 9 o’clock. I got there at 8:30. It took a little bit longer than I thought it should. I left there about. I think it was 430 or quarter till five other than everything was fine.

I was there 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home the rubber seal under the hood was hanging out the front of the car. Two clips were broken. When I tried to pop the hood I realized that the hood release on the inside of the car was also broken. Very disappointed in Tuscaloosa Toyota.

Made appointment to get my car serviced. The oil didn’t need changed, just had to rotate tires and top off the fluids. Appointment was at 4:00, didn’t get finished until 6:00.

Have completed and submitted survey. Always very satisfied with service. Steve Woods is an excellent professional and representative of Tuscaloosa Toyota. He has always the shop have taken excellent care of my Toyotas since 1994. I will always use Steve and TT shop for my car care. I believe in Steve and the shop’s skills, knowledge and expertise. They are tops in the business. I know if I ever have a question or concern I can depend on Steve and/or Paul.

It was very professional and I was impressed with TJ and the technician who did the work on our vehicle. I have a Hyundai that I have to take to there dealership to keep my warranty intact, but they can’t compare to Tuscaloosa Toyota. I’m glad I have a service department and salesman that I can trust to do what they say they will.

Was there Thursday for the first time with my new Grand Highlander Hybrid and was treated immaculate by Kevin. The service advisor gave me his card, kept me informed of what was going on and I was out within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Fast forward the following day, was so impressed, I brought my older Camry Hybrid and left confused with what happened. The guy that initially helped me today was TJ. After 3+ hours I finally had to inquire how much longer it would be. Both vehicles had were brought in at 7am. Never got an update and never heard from TJ again. The only difference I can see is yesterday I brought in a nicer car and was in a suit. Today I was in jeans and brought in my 6 year old Camry. This did not sit well.
