I paid for significant work on my rear brakes, the brake lines were not properly bled and I was given an unsafe car back. After I returned to the dealership, the problem was fixed, BUT another 1 and a half hours were removed from my day. You are not concerned with my time!

We have a brake issue with our 4Runner. We dropped it off for that reason and for a service. The problem with the brakes was unresolved. The problem does not happen 100 percent of the time though. The brake pedal goes all the way to the floor sometimes and will not fully keep pressure at red lights.
