After getting reminders of the appointment, iI incorrectly wrote it down and arrived about 40 minutes late. That messed up TJ’s schedule. My wait time was much longer than usual, but my tardiness was a factor.

The technician never discussed the car with me. First time that’s ever happened to me there. And I come in regularly with all 3 vehicles regularly. Hate Paul Hardin was off that day!

It took 3 hours. I was told 3 different times that my car was almost ready, only to have to wait 30 to 45 minutes longer. I understand it was the day before a holiday, but if you have an appointment you should not have to wait that long. I understand that the men were under pressure to get the job done and get to the next one, but I should have been kept up to date better than I was. I expected maybe 2 hours but not 3.
