Chuck did a great job but I was very disappointed with the cost. I still have a noise in the left front tire. Chuck said the technician said that he had found two rodents nest above both front tires with rocks in the nest.
I still have the noise in my left front tire and was charged $77.00 dollars to remove the nest . A bit pricey I must say. I have always been pleased with my service and with Chuck but I am very disappointed with this situation.

I was told that my car was missing a brake fluid reservoir cap and it would cost $29.95 to get a new one. The only people that have been under the hood of the 2021 RAV4 have been people at Tuscaloosa Toyota. I am just upset about having to pay money for someone else’s mistake.

You tried to send it home with NO air and everyone had left for the Fourth. Therefore, you ruined my Fourth. Also girl who checked me out was ruid and compromised my card and didn't apologize and got mad at us because she didn't know what she was doing and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain.
It was a busy day in the service department (July 5th) but, they completed the work within the estimated time frame. Jeremy was very professional, friendly, and competent.
I waited 2 hours and 49 minutes at the dealership for this service appointment. This is unacceptable. The only reason I got to leave when I did was because I asked about my car and they realized I was still there. My car had been sitting in the pickup line for an hour and a half and they never called me up to get it and leave. I know this because of the text messages I received about the appointment while I was waiting.
This is the third time I’ve had to wait for an extended amount of time at this dealership. Mind you, all of these service appointments were scheduled online prior to the service—not walk ins. If I didn’t have a maintenance package on my vehicle, I wouldn’t bring my car here since they clearly don’t value customers’ time.
I will be reaching out to the service manager about this experience.
