The wait time was entirely too long. We had an appointment, aware that we had to wait on the vehicle and it was still 3 hours. The only service requested was the routine oil change and tire rotation.

I love everything about the staff at Tuscaloosa Toyota. I have never been greeted with an attitude or in a way that shows they do not want to be at work. They are always kind to me and they remember faces. I really appreciate the hard work of the mechanics, especially having to work in this Alabama heat. Your efforts and hard work do not go unnoticed by me. I am a very grateful young woman. Thank you again.
