Your new notification from the technician by text is very confusing. Trying to pull up each page and no where did it say the blue box was required to to be filled even iig you don’t have any comments. Therefore, yesterday my experience was extremely longer than I should have been. I would think your rep should come and explains everything in person. From the others around me in the waiting area seem to fill the same way.

My experience at Toyota has been not short of amazing. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service I receive.
The receipt seemed odd. Since I was told there is nothing wrong the the electronic steering ( it was only grease that melted and dropped into the vehicle) there was nothing to repair. There were three recommendations. I did decline the recommendations but I did not decline repairing the leak from the steering column.

It took 15-20 minutes to get someone to help me, others behind me got help before I did. Nothing was explained about recommended services, no one notified me when my car was ready until after I called and asked and my car was there nearly 3 hours for just a tire rotation. They did some inspection that cost me $6.00 with telling me there was a charge for it until I picked up my vehicle. Very unprofessional. I asked them not to move my seat bc of my stroke, surgeries and 160+ mile drive home but it was moved anyway. The other guy I’ve had help by is way more professional and helpful. Bad experience all around.
