When I arrived at 2P- Jeremy was on the phone (which I totally understand) but this delayed my vehicle being serviced for quite some time. (It sat in the line for a while before being taken back) I could’ve been okay with that but the entire appointment I was pushed aside. I had both kids with me (2 and 6) and we were there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I get a text with no explanation about add ons that are recommended and the total was going to be $500. I just bought tires and the required spark plugs for my vehicle back in April. I ended up having to ask another advisor what was needed or not needed as Jeremy was in a pretty bad mood and had already told me he was behind and would be with me when he could. (At this point it was 4P) I mentioned to him that I had a large deposit I needed to get to the bank and that was my rush. When checking out he told me that he was eating lunch the last time I was looking for him and he wasn’t going to “not eat.” At this point- I don’t want to use Jeremy as a service advisor again. This is my 3rd vehicle from Tuscaloosa Toyota and it’s also the first bad experience I’ve had. I’ve also referred 2 people who purchased vehicles with Tuscaloosa Toyota in the last year. Maybe yesterday was a bad day for him- I’m unsure but I was not treated as I should have been.

Yes I got my truck back,washed off the undercarriage .After running it for a while, parked on some clean concrete and there was no oil leaking anywhere .I was very happy about that ! Thank you for your good work Sincerely Joseph R

Arrived a little early. Service crew got me in early. Service/maintenance performed a little quicker than expected. Overall, a very good experience.
I didn’t have an appointment and was told by service dept rep that they weren’t taking any drive ins as full but offered to call Chucks phone m. Chuck immediately answered the phone and said that they always take an urgent request such as a battery concern. Chuck reassured me that it was ok and they would get back to me shortly. Chuck offered the details of battery options and his recommendation and why he felt a particular battery was the best solution for me. I appreciate his making me feel good about adding to their Saturday workload! Thank you Chuck and Tuscaloosa Toyota.
