My family and I have trusted Steve with our cars for many many years. He’s always been straight and given us the best advise.
The waiting room is very spacious and comfortable, but the time it took to do an oil change was a little long considering we had an appointment. I feel confident though that the job was done well. The way they treat customers is top-notch. My only concern was the time.
We had an appt for 1pm for oil change and tire rotation. At 2:30 I received a text message linking to a long list of services recommended. We did not approve those recommendations. Our vehicle was finally ready at ~3:30. This seems like a long time to complete scheduled service. Additionally, the reminder for next oil change is incorrect. It reads 215,749 miles for next service. My car currently has 90,500 miles. Now, I wonder if my service was confused with that of another customer and what services were actually performed on my car.
Don't stop with your customer service and great service. I know lots of people bring other brands in because the service is so good..
