I noticed that my tires did not get rotated. None of the lugs or wheels had any hand or finger prints on them (they were all still evenly coated in dust and grime) meaning the service tech did not touch them. I also had a tire with a plug in it mounted on the driver side rear and that same tire is still there. I know I need new tires but I still paid for a rotation yet I did not receive that service. I would like a refund for that portion of the service at the very minimum.
It was my first time visiting the office and I had several questions which were answered and explained thoroughly.

Chad was very friendly and helpful when scheduling my appointment. He answered my questions and made me feel confident in the work being done. The maintenance was completed when he said it would be and it was an easy checkout.

My windshield wiper fluid was not replaced even though it was checked on the list.
I had worked with Mr. Linn on a previous service visit.
He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained all service work completed.
