I ended up paying for a service issue that had not been indicated as a problem the previous week (nor in the last six trips). I did get a $25 coupon reduction, but it still cost $150.00 that I feel should not have been my responsibility. Brent Fisher was extremely pleasant. He knew I was unhappy with the issue.

Chad was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to help me identify what was wrong with my vehicle and remedy the issue. Not only was Chad great at communication but he was organized and really motivated to give me a good experience. If there is an “employee of the month” award then he should win it x10!!
