It just took too long. 2 hours for an oil change on a vehicle with a perfect inspection report is a long time. It takes too long from the point at which the service is completed to delivery of the vehicle to the customer. I’m not questioning the quality of the work or the level of customer service. I trust Tuscaloosa Toyota and everyone, including Brenton, was very nice and professional. Since all 3 of my Toyota vehicles (all purchased from you) are now outside of the ToyotaCare maintenance period, I have to decide whether to continue taking my vehicles to Tuscaloosa Toyota. The experience yesterday - 2 hours for an oil change - will make me strongly consider other options in the future.
Completely satisfied customer. Fast service, professional staff and very nice and clean facilities. Text update was great although not necessary; before I could respond, my vehicle was ready.
