Had an appt at 830 for 25000 mi service. I was still there at 10:00 once I checked on my car it came out in about 10 minutes. Drove rough when we checked tire pressure all 4 were different. Front driver side was 40, passenger front was 34, back driver 37 , passenger back 36. That should not happen. My husband keeps all of them the same and checks them regularly. But this happens every time the tires are rotated
They took my money and didn’t fix my car when I found out my car wasn’t worked on I asked for my money they said they couldn’t give it back and made me buy my own parts to fix it manager told me not to ever bring my cars back there to be serviced I was A woman who was taken advantage of if it were not for my brother coming and advocating for me they would have taken me for 545.00 never been so humiliated in all my life I was going to get another car through Tuscaloosa Toyota but I will never after the treatment I received
I got excellent service from Brenton and would recommend him and Tuscaloosa’s Toyota to anyone.

The service message wasn’t reset and the windshield fluid wasn’t refilled. I sure hope the oil got changed!
