Steve has been in service as long as I have been in Tuscaloosa and he has always done a great job getting my service set up and explaining everything. whoever the auto engineer is who worked on my car today got it done in half the time estimated! He deserves some props for his diligence at work!

I scheduled to have my oil changed today and sat for 2 1/2 hours today for nothing. The reason I came in was …1- because my sticker said it needed to be changed at 52,000 and my car was reading 54,000. 2- my car kept telling me maintenance required. 3- my husband rather me get my oil changed every 5000 miles. I arrived around 7:30 this morning with my appt being at 8:00. After 2 1/2 hours and of patiently waiting , I asked someone what was taking so long. The adviser came out and told me they had difficulties already today and then went on to tell me my oil didn’t need changing o my my tires needed rotated which I had that done last week. So basically I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. He wanted one less job to have to deal with because of their difficulties. Was not a good way to start my week. My husband was pissed and said we will never ever bring another car there. I will just drive to Bham and pay more. Need to do better with your scheduling and communication with customers.

I love TJ. He is an amazing person. He was able to fit me in without an appointment and to be honest it felt like I was there in less time than I would have been had I had an appointment. He warned me in advance that it may take longer but as is usual he was very friendly and took care of my needs in a pinch.
