Tuscaloosa Toyota has always treated me well. I like the people there and it’s a main reason that I and my family have for many years continued to buy vehicles there and have those vehicles serviced there.

I asked about my wife tires that Tuscaloosa Toyota patched and that is still leaking and was told very rudely that y'all don't cover patches. But my thing is if yall did the patch and it's leaking yall should fix it no questions. I was told I would have to pay 40 more dollar to get it corrected. And Chad was very rude about it
