Ryan did an excellent job handling interactions with my maintenance work today and I felt he went above and beyond the normal interactions I have when dropping off vehicle for maintenance. He listen to concerns about possible ticking noise with air conditioning mentioning it may be leaves in the filter. He opened it right up and sure enough several leaves on the filter. He listened to my concern about some residue on my clear shield behind the steering while from a fumigation cleaning I had down with you guys in the past. He offered to reduce price on labor to replace the screen if it couldn’t be cleaned. I appreciate that thought on that but will hold off in case any future dash work needs to happen, maybe kill two birds with one **** at that time.
I can’t say enough good things about Chad. Please value him and keep him. I have purchased four new 4 runners from Tuscaloosa Toyota over the last several years and have been through quite a number of service people. Chad is a complete standout in my history. He is always professional and respectful. He has restored my confidence in the service industry truly employing some fine examples of men who are willing to go beyond the confines of their expected performance and create trust with your customers. Took longer to complete the service than I was prepared for... 3 hours. But the car is running well.
Chad was very easy to work with and did well communicating with me and the service team. I was happy with the quality of the service and the efficiency. Overall a good experience and if I need car work done I will be back.

Multipoint inspection was questionable. Wipers were said to be in good condition then later that day I had to get them replaced because they were making noise. They basically fell apart when the worker from autozone picked them up. Also I went back in July for a multipoint and they said some of my brake pads were at 6mm now they’re all at 8mm, seems off to me.
