Jeremy is great. Unfortunately he had to leave for lunch. Garrett was on the phone when my oil change and tire rotation was finally completed 3 hours after I arrived for my scheduled appointment. That’s ridiculous. Garrett sent me to the counter to pay. The lady had a mouth full of food and I could barely understand her. She told me to sign and pay. The amount listed was $125 more than it should have been. She handed the ticket to another representative because Garrett was on the phone and Jeremy was gone. He looked at it and showed it to the 4th person. He fixed the ticket. I could have easily been overcharged if I hadn’t have caught it. I’ve been getting my truck serviced there since I purchased it new in 2018. Customer service has been on a steady decline the last several years. It’s disappointing. I have 1 tire pressure sensor not working. Why was I not given the option to only replace the faulty sensor and not all 4? I guess you replace every lightbulb in your house when one goes out because they are all the same age?

I had a great experience today getting my car serviced at Tuscaloosa Toyota. My service representative, Ryan Engleman, did a superb job assisting me throughout the visit. I truly appreciated that Chad recommended Ryan to me. Ryan took the time to clearly explain everything that would be done to my car during the 6-month service check. He was very thorough and professional. He also made sure I knew that my vehicle is still under warranty and encouraged me to contact the dealership right away if I notice any issues. Ryan walked me through the results of the multi-point inspection and answered my questions so I fully understood the condition of my vehicle. I also appreciated that he provided his contact information in case Chad was unavailable and I needed assistance. Overall, the customer service I received today was excellent. Ryan’s professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made the experience very positive.
