Will Averett met me at my vehicle in line for my 15k mile service. He registered me into the system, asked for my key and indicated there was coffee available in the customers lounge. He was very polite and friendly. He alerted me that my vehicle was ready. He escorted me to my vehicle thanked me for choosing Tuscaloosa Toyota. It was a great experience. No hassle, no fuss, just Quality service and great customer service.

$189 diagnostic fee is ridiculous to find out why my 3 year old trucks (That I bought from you less than a year ago) doors don't lock. On top of that no one seemed to be aware the folding mirror fix could be an issue with the infotainment system. I had to inform them of what I found on Google and it still didn't get checked.
