Mr.Fisher is one of, if not, the best service advisors at Toyota and deserves a raise.
As always service was excellent!
After leaving, on my way home, my car sputtered, started losing power and quit. Charging system and check engine light came on. I called Jeremy and he came right away. He called the service tech, Jeremy Long and he came also. They got the car cranked and followed me back to the shop. Within minutes, everything was checked and clear. I am so grateful for their exceptional customer service.
TJ was fair and did not try to convince me to do more than was necessary for my safety or car expense. I appreciate that. I will request him next time.
As a first time visitor, Brenton did a great job of diagnosing the vehicle and keeping me informed.
