Ryan Engleman was fantastic. From the time I pulled into the service area, he was very attentive. He even called me to go over some minor issues that needed attention to my car after the technician evaluated it and gave recommendations. He was very thorough and explained everything in a manor I could understand exactly what was needed. Please give Ryan my sincere appreciation.

The service advisor was not very helpful. In the past when I was there, I would be greeted nicely and after the inspection or service, the advisor would come to me and explain everything nicely whatever the situation was. But this time, I had to wait for a long time even after my car was done and he would not come to me rather I had to ask the cashier about him and find him after waiting for another 5 minutes. Even after speaking to him I had ask him what was the problem and where my car was. I had been in the dealership multiple times but this is the first time I was not happy.
