We have been associated with Steve Woods since 2000. He is the best service writer we have ever had. He has always provided excellent service to us over the years. Any questions we've had were handled in a professional manner not normally seen in auto industry. We feel Steve is more like family than just another dealership employee.

We had an appointment to get an inspection on a new vehicle. We had to wait two and a half hours and even then I had to go ask and check on the status of It. I’m used to having timely service when getting my car serviced.

I had an appointment at 1:30 to get my tires rotated only. I did not leave until 5:08. It should not take that long to get tires rotated, especially with an appointment.
