Lack of communication this trip was very frustrating. Left me without a car over weekend which is not what we discussed. The advisor I had when I dropped my car off was off work the following day and communication fell though the cracks causing my car to be left in the shop over weekend. Not CJ fought because he was off but his co worker said he called with update which did not happen. I did get automatic text at 11 sat am saying it was still being worked on and update would be coming soon which did not happen. I had to find transportation at last min to and from work bc my car was supposed to be ready on sat. I left multiple messages/ text with no call back. I still had to call Monday morning to get update… they didn’t bother to call me. Not my best experience with service this go around. We use y’all for all my service needs and this was extremely disappointing. Not sure what happened and who let the ball drop but my husband and I had to completely rearrange our schedules to be able to both get to work on Monday. Being without my car unexpectedly was very inconvenient. Had we agreed for y’all to keep it we would have already made arrangements but that was not what we discussed. I hope y’all can find a better solution for follow up with customers if advisor who initiates the service is not at work To finish the service. Thanks, Candace A

Today was the worse service I’ve ever had. When the recommendation came to my phone Steve did not come to me to follow up to explain the recommendation nor to see if I had questions. When I asked him about one of the filters and told him it had been replaced somewhere else. in a snappy way he said “it must be dirty or they wouldn’t have recommended it”. I agreed to the replacements. I went and sat back down then went and asked about my glove box again, in a snappy way he said it must been taken care of since they didn’t put it on the paper. I didn’t know. I watched him walk to a couple with paperwork and point out stuffed on there. I felt like I wasn’t a customer not worthy to come to, I had to go to him. When my car was ready he called me to the counter asked me to sign my paperwork. Once I signed it he folded my copy, gave it to me and walked away. I was like wow, I don’t even get walked to my car. The cashier proceeded to check me out and I walked to my car by myself. When I got to my car I was blocked in so I had to go to his desk and tell him I couldn’t get out. He went and got somebody to move one of the vehicles and he moved the other. I have had Steve as my advisor before service was better than this. I have been a loyal customer over 15 years and today was the worst ever. IF I come back to Tuscaloosa Toyota for service again I do not want Steve as my advisor. Right now I am undecided about what I am going to do. I do not deserve this type service and treatment. Imagine how I felt watching other getting walked out by other advisors providing good customer service and I got somebody who choose whom it want to be nice to. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Coolant flush was extremely expensive. Was not expecting this. Headlight restore evaporator was not within my budget at time as the coolant flush. Thank you kindly.
