The whole experience was archaic. I drove all the way across town and left my vehicle most of the day, despite an "appointment for a brief check" so you could determine whether my vehicle had defective recalled parts, which may or may not have been in stock. The incoming tech assured me I'd be notified when my car was ready. That didn't happen until I arrived to pick it up. I had called one hour earlier to learn my car's status, left the tech a voicemail, which was never returned.
Jeremy was very helpful keeping me updated on status of service and valued my time making sure I did not have to wait any longer than necessary.
Awesome job. I was coming from out of town. Battery went out. They wired me in & replaced battery writhing the hour.
I made an appointment for the 30,000 mile service. I got there at 1:45pm and left at 4:25pm. I will NEVER make another appointment. I will drop off like I’ve always done. Appointments don’t seem to mean anything.

Chad Watson was very helpful in setting up an appointment for my service. He was very courteous. He gave me a rough estimate of the price of the services I planned to have completed. He advised me of services that I needed in the future and I was very satisfied with the customer service that I received from Mr.Watson.
