Mr Beck always does a good job when my vehicle is service at Tuscaloosa Toyota and he is one of the reasons that I keep coming back for him to take care of me. He get you in and out with no delay and tell you the truth.

I have been a customer for many years, but I have to say yesterday my experience was the best ever! As soon as I walked in door, service employee immediately came to me was polite and friendly and took me directly to desk to process out. I wish I had gotten his name. Young black man. He has excellent customer service!

Fast and friendly

Chad was excellent today. Very helpful in answering my questions. Total price came in under estimate.

After sitting in the service bay for 20+ minutes while being ignored by employee after employee that walked by my car, a little guy in a red shirt finally stopped to see if he could help me. I told him what I was there for. He went to look it up I guess. He came back and said my service advisor would be with me shortly. I stay there for another 5+ minutes still being ignored by everyone that walked by. I flagged the little guy down again and asked for the service manager. I have been taking vehicles here for years. I have never felt ignored nor have I had to wait as long as I did this day. The service manager quickly got a different service advisor to help me. The SM tried to say it was because they had folks out sick and with injuries. This does not excuse the fact that at least half a dozen employees walked by my car and made eye contact with me (most more than once), and not one checked on me. I told him that there was a vehicle that came in a few minutes after me that was taken almost immediately while I still sat in my car. Never saw TJ until my car was ready and he mumbled the things on my service ticket and told me where to sign and left. I don’t know where the problem lies, but there is one. And it better be rectified before I come back. Yesterday’s experience was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope this will be addressed and it doesn’t happen again.
