Service to car was great as always. We had a 7:00 am appointment and dropped it off the night before saying on the envelope we would like it ASAP. Called at 10:30 to check on status and then car was finally checked in around 11 am. 4 hours after our appointment. This is the first time this has ever happened with that long of a delay.
