I also wanted to thank the member of the pit crew who serviced my vehicle and found the source of the clunking noise in my suspension. Fixed it completely and the tire balance they performed is the best one I’ve ever had. I forgot how it felt to drive so smoothly!
Quick work. I must add, they should start adding the actual total on the Vehicle Inspection Report. I had to pay $137 more than what was on the report. So that was frustrating, but other than that, good and quick work.
Steve is a fantastic asset to the service dept. I have 3 Land Cruisers that he services and I have sent countless other friends to him and they are extremely happy with him aswell.
