I was quoted $200 for the key + whatever the cost was for the oil change. I was told it’d take 2 hrs. It ended up taking longer than 2hrs and costing $500+ Unfortunately I did not notice the cost when I was paying I misheard the cashier.

I checked in for 7 am visit to get an oil change, tire rotation, and exterior drivers door handle replacement. It took 4 hours to get this done. The reason why it took 4 hours is because the service tech was trying to write up every service possible to upcharge the visit. The labor was upcharged on the handle replacement as was the suggestion to install a new cabin air filter for 44.95. That filter costs $10 at an auto parts store and takes 3 minutes to install. The service advisor was not the least bit concerned I had been waiting for 3.5-4 hrs for something that should have taken 2-2.5hrs.
