First of all TJCole did explain the recommended repairs although a report was sent to me through text message my car was brought back to the pick up location and after noticing my car had been there for a lengthy time I decided to ask was it ready because I had brought in for a tire rotation and TJ Cole informed me that he had gotten distracted because he had to take a tire from one location to another which had nothing to do with my vehicle and he finally brought the paperwork to the cashier with a 34.95 charge and I asked what was that for and he smartly said we'll you widget your tires rotated and I smartly said that I did get the tires from Tuscaloosa Toyota so there should be no charge Bad experience for me today at Tuscaloosa Toyota
