The part I was not happy about (and it was out of Chuck’s hands): I had an appt. at 9.a.m. And arrived a little before 9 a.m. I waited an hour and 1/2 before I got my vehicle inspection report stating what needed to be done.
Garrett was thorough, taking his time to explain the 30k service. He was very helpful in explaining the need for various recommended services needed at 30 to 40k. I will do all 3 staged over 3 visits.
