TJ didn’t even introduce himself. I had to ask who my service advisor would be….that’s when he said, “ I will.” Never kept me informed as to status of my service appointment. After sitting there for an hour Jennifer came by to check on things and that’s when I told her I had been there an hour and she checked for me. T J was rude acted as if I was being ridiculous for even having Jennifer check on the status. This wasn’t my first experience with TJ being rude. All future services I definitely do not want to deal with him!

The problem is the person who put RainX on my windshield. They did not clean the windshield first. They put the RainX on a dirty windshield!! Totally a waste if my money!!!!
