I was there for 3:40 minutes waiting on my vehicle. It needed an oil change. Normally 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I was not happy!!!

Will is so kind and professional. I was an hour late for my appointment because I got the time wrong and he was so nice to me and still was able to get me in and out in an hour. Will is always so helpful and kind when I come in

After my car had been at the shop for 6 hours, I called to see if it was ready. TJ did not answer the phone or return my voicemail. I called again 45min later and had to ask again if my car was ready, which it was. I never heard back from TJ and was never notified my car was ready.
