The service manager was personable and straightforward. He was sensitive to the possibility of a larger than expected bill and was careful to leave the choice about optional services to me. He seemed trustworthy, which is something one always wonders about when presenting for automobile repair, especially at a dealership. He gave the impression of wanting to provide good service for a fair price. I think he may have helped me before. He seems like a good representative of your business.

Have service reps to listen to what the customer says. I spent 3 hours at the shop and only because the rep didn't have time to listen to what I was saying and trying to rush me.
