Called Chuck to see about a battery. He said he would call me back. How many times have we been told that & never receive a call back. He called me back said he was checking & called me back with information about the car & battery!! Said they have it in stock & would be able to install it while we waited!! That is the service we all want but, never get!! Extremely pleased every time we take 1 of our 3 Toyotas in for service & Chuck greets you before you can open the door!!
