I was in/out within an hour. They addressed my needed repairs through the communication link provided when I arrived. My experience was pleasant and didn’t feel pressured to approve repairs identified during my visit.
Chad is always super helpful and kind and greets me with a smile! He knows I have a lot going on right now and got me in and out quickly and yet still took time to check on me and be chat.

Chad always does a good job of explaining issues and giving good feedback as to scheduling repairs from a budgetary perspective. Such as a weak battery, “you can probably wait to replace it until your next oil charge, just keep an eye on it”.

I was told I needed an alignment as my car veers to the left. However few days after my car is veering to the left more than it did.

Will Averette greeted me with a huge smile when I drove up to the service lane! He checked on me in the lobby while I was waiting and also came to explain everything to me about my vehicle inspection report. He made sure I didn’t wait longer than the hour expected. He walked me to my car and opened the door for me like a pure gentleman. I was completely satisfied with the service I received!
