I was told after I declined services that they were required for me to maintain my warranty and that now it was voided. I didn’t have time to add services today but had I realized they were required for warranty purposes I would have reconsidered and tried to do the required services.

Jeremy always takes such good care of me! He made sure they got my car fixed quickly so that I was only out of a vehicle for one day. Jeremy is the reason I am still driving a Toyota! Great customer service!!
