Am long time customer. Purchased and had serviced 2 vehicles at your business, relying on Mr. Sansing, as long as I can recall, to be my Service Coordinator without one complaint. Mr. Sansing, should I have a business, would be my top choice for employment. Because of his self-assured manner, listening calmly to the problem details, I always feel confident about the outcome. He is quiet, yet friendly, a quality that also instills confidence in him and the business. I feel Mr. Sansing's long time employment with Toyota speaks loudly to his loyalty, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

This was the second time I had Ryan as my service agent and he was absolutely wonderful both times!! I've used several service agents there in the past and he by far has had the BEST customer service out of any of them! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers have all their questions answered and takes the time to explain all available options! He deserves a raise!!!

Ok. Chad IVs my go to guy. We moved to pike road recently and drive back to ttown because of him. At some point I will use Montgomery but not yet.
