I was charged $6.50 for adding washer fluid to my washer reservoir but when I got home and looked under the hood no fluid had been added. I called and talked to the service advisor and he said they would make it right on my next appointment.

Chad is my go-to guy for maintenance on my mom’s Lexus and my dad’s Mercedes. I have never been happier with the level of communication during servicing, or the quality of work done on these cars. Chad is the best service advisor I have ever had. Tuscaloosa Toyota is my happy place for car maintenance!
