I was very disappointed with my experience today. I sat in the waiting room for three hours. Only to be told. There was no part available. Upon making my appointment I was told to come in to have my recall remedied. Today’s visit was extremely extremely disappointing.
Ryan did a great job with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He took time to explain my ticket to me. He also told me about the upcoming tire event and explained the quality differences between the tires for my car so I’d be informed in April. I’ll request him as my advisor when I return.

Tj and the whole team that worked with us on getting the car serviced while me and my fiancé were out of town was phenomenal they never seemed bothered or ever complained about the several calls made Saturday back and forth with changing the plan for picking the vehicle up. Mine and my fiancés work schedule being the same schedule as the operating hours as well was a what we thought would be a great challenge but TJ gave us several options to ensure we had the vehicle back exactly when we needed it. We both have Toyotas (mine a 24 Corolla purchased from this location and my fiancés 17 4runner which was also purchased here) and always make it a point to have our service work completed here and have never been disappointed and have always had immense help navigating a very tight timeline as well.
JUST A SUGGESTION- One major thing that I believe your customers and employees in the service department would greatly benefit from would be the ability to pick up vehicles after hours via a locker with a designated slot and specific combination to enter and retrieve keys or something with similar security and functionality.
It was not given to me as and option this service but in previous services I was given the option to have my car unlocked and the keys placed in side (or somewhere hidden on the outside of the vehicle) or that the security guard that watches the facility overnight would be able to give me the keys. Although this works just fine it leaves room for malicious intent and forces security to take a risk when being approached by a stranger at night which could cause safety issues for security and customer. (off course if the bill had been prepaid before arrival or if it was covered under a warranty)
Other than that please don’t change anything this business is operating at a very high customer service level and the entire town is greatly aware of it so don’t fix what ain’t broken in other words!!
