I do want to let you know that the hood of my car wasn’t fastened and I had to stop on the interstate and push it down so it was completely fastened. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Being at Tuscaloosa Toyota today was a treat. Besides the service on our car was great. The waiting room was fantastic. It’s like an open floor with nurse's(an employee) checking on patients (you) to see if you need anything. Very caring and polite.

I had a brand new set of tires installed but when walked to my car after I was pointed in the direction to where my car was parked, I looked at my tires and they looked filthy. There was something that looked like muddy water all over 2 of the tires. As I drove away I also noticed that I had 3 different tire pressures showing on my new tires, all over inflated for what the cold pressure should be. In my service reps defense, he was at lunch so I couldn’t show him the issues. Other than these issues, it was a good experience.

My experiences have been top notch in the past. After this visit I noticed the tint across the top of my wind shield was torn with a few holes in it. I am very frustrated by this as it just seemed careless. Getting in my truck I noticed the new service reminder sticker was half way down the A pillar in my the line sight while driving. I peeled away the stick to move it to the upper lefthand corner and saw the tears in the window tint. I would appreciate it if someone contacted me concerning this
