I was told if I came early they would work me in. My appointment was at 10:30, I arrived at 9:05. I left at 11:45. Won’t be early again. Lesson learned. One reason was didn’t have the proper tool to rotate tires. Truck was purchased from you with same tires and rims. First time this has happened sure hope it won’t happen again

remy Beck is the best service tech I've ever dealt with. I was getting a headlight bulb replaced and he saw the haze on my headlights and suggested the headlight restoration. I was amazed how good they looked and was even more amazed how bright they were tonight. Vehicle prices are a little higher at Tuscaloosa Toyota but as long as Jeremy Beck works there, I'll be a customer. Thanks
