My 7am appointment time was ignored until 9am. It is hard to understand how the rear rotors had to be replaced at 80k miles when well over 20k miles were highway miles on lone trips. My front rotors are fine. If the rear rotors were so bad is it that Toyota uses such poor quality parts that the rotors would fail that soon? If that is the case than I must change my idea of Toyota's worth or should I just change my vehicles place of repair ?!!
My car was serviced in a timely manner. Communication was excellent.
I will continue to bring my truck to Tuscaloosa Toyota to have it serviced.
I always request Steve Woods as my adviser. I try and plan service around him being at Tuscaloosa Toyota. He is very trustworthy in my opinion.
