Quoted a price on the text while I was waiting which i approved and was charged $20.00 more when I paid my bill and no extra work was performed.I do not believe that is a way to keep my business.

Don’t know why I pay for for 7 quarts of Oil when only requires 6.1 qts. Don’t like having to pay for a Crush washer. I have bought some from y’all to use when I change the Oil myself. Parts Dept. said would have to be ordered. I asked how the Service Dept. has them when they change my truck’s oil. No answer. I live 70 miles from Tuscaloosa. ** Another complaint that has nothing to do with Service: I bought this truck “Used” , with 49k miles, found out how to remotely start, and now has quit working. After much trial and error, seems as if the answer is I will have to pay (Renew)to use Toyota App. Seems kind of “Tricky” to me!**
