TJ was extremely helpful. I was confused about the financing of service and parts and although he had to explain it to me a few times he was patient and professional. In the end he had to reaccomplish the invoicing and separate it into two invoices. This was time consuming for TJ but he was considerate and even still professional and pleasant to work with. I look forward to having new tires installed next week and further service for my vehicle.
