I’m not completely satisfied with anything. Mr. Beck did a fine job. The girls at the desk where you pay were very lacking. They were fine with me because Mr. Beck was there. However I observed them ignoring customers earlier in my visit

Chuck was great. However, the tech did not secure the skid plate. All four bolts were left off. I'm having to take it back for it to be repaired.

My 1:00 pm oil change was not completed until 3:30 pm. My time waiting could have been more tolerable if I had been given brief updates during my wait. I did not hear anything about my vehicle until one of your employees asked if I needed anything. I asked for an update. She returned with news that my vehicle had just been brought around. Paperwork was being completed. I appreciate the service I received but my experience would have been better if I had been updated about progress. I recall on previous visits getting texts and short videos of the progress of my service. Not so this time. Please add that communication back to your service.
