Will Averett was awesome. The female that schedules appointments well she is not. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment. Well it was never scheduled. This is the second time I spoke with this same person making my service appointments and she is just rude. I love Tuscaloosa Toyota’s service department and it’s my choice for maintenance of the 3 Toyotas I own.
