I just don't think that an oil change and tire rotation should take 3 hours, especially when you have an appointment.

The 3.5 hour wait was unexpected. If I had known my simple routine maintenance service was going to be so extended, I would have rescheduled when my calendar allowed for that amount of time. Also I cannot hear any videos the service rep sends to me during the service.
