I truly appreciated the wonderful experience I had today during my 6 month service check. Chad was very welcoming and made sure he explained everything that would done on my vehicle. Received a course of action for our 2016 Tacoma V6 with a defective or poorly designed Torque Converter.. The vehicle has approximately 6o,000 miles. them. Steve explained the repair issue in a most professional manner.
