There an issue with 2016 back vent leaking all over the internet and all Toyota want to do is charge a bunch of money to repair . This is a common problem not just to my truck a lot of 3Generation or having this problems

Will was great!! Yet, when we arrived to pick up car we received very little help in collecting it. We stood waiting to be recognized so we could ask what we were supposed to do. A service writer asked who ours was when told Will.. he said he must be busy and sent us to the cashier . The cashier gave us receipt, called our car number. From there, we had to figure out where to wait and when car was pulled to front no one directed us to it. The car was left running. We stood and waited, and finally got in the car ourselves and drove off. No one even told us thank you much less recapped what was repaired. We do not blame Will at all, he had no clue we were there to get car..even if we weren’t supposed to meet with Will it would have been nice to be told car is ready to go instead of just being left running.

Chuck was great as always. However; when I got home I noticed that I was charged $6.50 for topping off the washer fluid. I know they did not do that because I had filled it up before I left my house to bring the vehicle in for service this morning. Everything else was great but this disappointed me.

Service was over booked. I had a 10:30 appt and so did a multitude of others. The oil change took just over two hours. That is too long.
