TJ was perfectly fine, but it took 3 hours after checking in to get the multipoint inspection back (and that was with me having an appointment). I’m not inclined to come back.

Ryan is the best. If I was his boss I would give him a raise. He always says an excellent job keeps you informed us everything right. Super friendly and personable and gets the job done quick. I appreciate. Tuscaloosa Toyota is very lucky to have the service manager of his caliber.
