My scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours. Even with that I was informed that the mechanic did Janice did not follow recommendations of using a new oil pan plug because it did not come. The first oil filter was the wrong one. The only positive was the service desk employee was honest, professional and courteous.
