Super nice service technician. They got me in and out quickly. Everyone’s always friendly and it’s a comfortable place to wait. Can’t ask for more than that.
One rep informed me that I didn't need an oil change at 5k miles and that it can last for 10k miles now I'm thinking is that's a mistake on my part because I did give him the ok but I will check what the manual has to say on that issue other than that it was a great experience

I always make sure to request Chuck Sansing as my Service Technician whenever I travel to Tuscaloosa Toyota for vehicle service. While I live in Hoover, AL just down the road from Hoover Toyota, I would never bring my car to any place but Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Chuck always greets me as a friend and appreciated customer. His recommendations are always sensible. I know I can trust him to recognize what should be done. His patience in explaining what is needed is appreciated by this female driver. Chuck is professional, calm and kind. When he sends me on my way, it is done with a smile and a message if “take care.”
I am blessed to have purchased my vehicle from TT but most importantly, I am grateful to be under Chuck’s care. Believe me when I say Chuck is the best representative of TT’s call to impeccable customer service.

Jeremy is just the best representative Tuscaloosa Toyota could have. He is on top of his customers, the vehicle progress and customer well being. I watched a rather large guy who brought his car into the service after I did. The man sat in one of the "comfy" chairs but apparently he was having problems because of his size and physical problems. Jeremy went and got him.a standard chair for him to use. I could tell when he sat down he was extremely grateful. I trust Jeremy with all my service needs because he cares about his customers and it shows every time I come in for service. -Randal
